Praveen Varshney appointed as Chief Financial Officer

is pleased to announce that Praveen Varshney has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer
(“CFO”) and Corporate Secretary of the Company effective immediately.
In addition, the Company announces the resignation of Ravinder Kang as CFO and Corporate
Secretary. Norrland would like to thank Mr. Kang for his time serving as CFO and Corporate
